Цель проекта:
Разработка новых концепций полупроводниковых приборов на основе спина, которые могут стать основой для принципиально новых путей развития информатики, технических и прикладных наук (квантовая криптография, спиновая память, телекоммуникации посредством гибридных систем полупроводник/ферромагнетик) и медицины (биомаркеры на основе спина).

Задачи проекта:
Изучение спиновых явлений в новейших системах на основе полупроводников и использование полученных знаний для развития спиновой электроники, оптоэлектроники, квантовой информатики и т. д.
