Цель проекта:
Разработка новейших методических инструментов инструментов для анализа биологически активных молекул.

Основные задачи проекта:
1. Изучение структурных параметров и реакционной способности короткоживущих радикалов в биологических молекулах и системах;
2. Изучение механизма химической и ферментативной репарации ДНК;
3. Развитие методологии спиновой гиперполяризации в химии, биологии и медицине для повышения чувствительности ЯМР;
4. Развитие новых методов МРТ in situ и in vivo;
5. ЯМР и протеомные исследования кристаллинов хрусталика с целью получения новой информации о формировании катаракты;
6. Изучение РНК коньюгатов с кофакторами рибофлавин и NADH с целью понимания роли РНК при зарождении жизни на Земле;
7. Развитие методов ЯМР высокого разрешения с быстрым переключением поля для новых экспериментов по ЯМР релаксометрии и гиперполяризации.
