The project goal is a complex study of relativistic compact objects, neutron stars (NSs), for solving fundamental problems of the modern physics and astrophysics as well as of the applied problems of space exploration. New theoretical models, methods and algorithms of data reduction, and advanced systems of X-ray detection will be developed for this purpose.
