"ACS Nano" has published an article written by the staff members of the Laboratory of Nano-Bio-Engineering (LNBE) in collaboration with their colleagues from Ireland, Great Britain, Belgium, France and Germany. On December 26, 2013, the Grant Board of the Government of the Russian Federation established to provide governmental support to research projects implemented under the supervision of the world’s leading scientists at Russian institutions of higher learning, research centers of the governmental academies of sciences, and governmental research centers of the Russian Federation announced the names of 42 scientists whose research projects ended up winning the fourth open grant competition of the Government of the Russian Federation designed to provide governmental support to research projects implemented under the supervision of the world’s leading scientists at Russian institutions of higher learning, research organizations of the governmental academies of sciences, and governmental research centers of the Russian Federation.

The winners of the InnoStar competition of projects designed by young scientists and innovators were honoured at the official awards ceremony that was held on December 5, 2013 at the MOD Center for Contemporary Design and Innovations. The awards ceremony was organized by the Department of science, industrial policy and entrepreneurship of the Moscow City Government in collaboration with Park-Media.
